Coaching
Our coaching philosophy is grounded in partnering with clients for their development. We coach individuals and leaders, provide group and team coaching, and coaching for special projects and issues. We challenge the coach client in a manner that encourages the stretch needed for development, and then provide support to insure positive change and enable leaders to master new attitudes, approaches and behaviors.
We believe there are two factors that are most critical to coaching success. First is establishing a relationship based on trust and respect. Second is the commitment of the client to learning and changing. In addition, there are several key components of a successful coaching process. We create a customized coaching package of these components that will work best for you, they include:

One-on-one coaching sessions, either in person or on the phone, usually held bi-weekly.

Creating a Coaching Action Plan that clearly states what success is, how you will get there and how you will measure your results.

Observation by the coach of you in real-time and in real work settings in order to gain insight about how you “show up” as a leader and provide feedback.

A Stakeholder Feedback process that provides insight into your challenges and strengths from interviews with key stakeholders.

Facilitated meetings with key individuals that help support your success, often with your manager.

Assessment tools which provide data about your preferences, how you interact in situations, your emotional and social intelligence savvy, etc
